1. Wrong Book Selection
If you have accidentally selected the wrong book while placing your order, please contact us immediately after the purchase. We will assist you in correcting the selection before the order is dispatched. You can reach us via phone or email provided on our website.
2. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement is possible only if the request is made before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for incorrect selections.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If you receive a damaged book or a book different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item received. We will arrange a free replacement or refund, as applicable.
4. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if the order is canceled before dispatch or if we are unable to deliver the correct book.
